Why Your CME Hours Do Not Show in Mumaris Plus (and How to Fix It)

Posting window · Unfinished course · Accreditation · Provider posting

The short answer

CME hours usually do not show in Mumaris Plus for one of four reasons: the posting window has not passed, the course is not fully complete, the activity is not accredited, or the provider has not posted the entry. Check them in that order. Still missing? Contact the provider, then raise a Tawasul ticket with SCFHS.

How do hours reach your record?

For accredited activities inside the Kingdom, the provider posts your hours to your CPD record in Mumaris Plus. You do not add them yourself. Renewal reads those posted hours, not your certificates. So when something is missing, ask which step between finishing the course and the posted entry has not happened yet. The full path is in how to register CME hours in Mumaris Plus.

Why are my CME hours not showing in Mumaris Plus?

The usual reasons fall into four groups. Work through them in this order.

1
Timing

The window has not passed

Posting takes time. With Mulhim it takes 24 to 48 business hours after completion.

2
Completion

The course is not finished

A missed lesson or an unpassed assessment means nothing is ready to post.

3
Accreditation

The activity is not accredited

Accreditation is per activity and per provider. An unaccredited activity will not count.

4
Posting

The provider has not posted

The activity is valid, but the entry has not reached your record yet.

A course finished on Thursday evening may only appear after the weekend. That is normal, not a fault.

The fix, in the right order

  1. Wait out the posting window. For Mulhim courses, give it 24 to 48 business hours from completion.
  2. Confirm the course is complete. If your certificate is available in the dashboard, completion is done.
  3. Contact the provider with the course name and the date you completed it.
  4. Raise a Tawasul ticket with SCFHS if the provider cannot resolve it. Include the provider name, the activity approval number and the activity date.
  5. Recheck your CPD record after the response, and keep your certificate on file.
Do not repeat the course
Buying or retaking the same activity will not fix a missing entry. The record needs correcting.

What do real cases look like?

Finished on Thursday evening, nothing on Saturday. The posting window counts business hours, and the weekend does not count. Check again after two working days have passed. If it still is not there, move on to the next cause.

Six courses posted, the seventh missing. A specialist aiming for 40 hours expects eight courses of 5 hours each. If the record shows 30 hours across six activities and the seventh course finished a week ago, open the dashboard. If the seventh certificate is not there, a lesson or the assessment is still open. Finish it and the countdown starts again.

A workshop from another provider never appeared. Ask the provider for the activity approval number. If they cannot give one, the activity may not be accredited, and no ticket will add it. Before you book the next one, it is worth reading how to check if a CME course is SCFHS accredited.

Renewal close and hours missing?
Renewal reads only posted hours. Start this checklist as soon as you notice a gap. The last day is too late for a ticket to come back.

How to avoid it next time

Finish courses early in your registration period, keep a small note for each activity (provider name, approval number, date), and check your record a few business days after each course rather than all at once before renewal. Mulhim is fully accredited, every course is SCFHS accredited and gives 5 CME hours, and Mulhim posts your hours for you.

Frequently asked questions

How long should I wait before worrying?

For Mulhim courses, 24 to 48 business hours after completion. Other providers set their own timing.

Could an unfinished lesson be the reason?

Yes. Hours are only posted once the whole course, including the assessment, is complete.

Should I buy the course again?

No. The provider or SCFHS fixes a missing entry. Repeating the activity does not.

Does posting time differ between providers?

Yes, each provider sets its own timing. Mulhim posts within 24 to 48 business hours. If your renewal is close, ask any other provider about their timing before you enrol, so an entry does not arrive after the date you planned to apply.

What do I put in a Tawasul ticket?

The provider name, the activity approval number and the activity date.

Does my certificate count while the entry is missing?

Renewal reads the posted hours. Keep the certificate as proof while the entry is corrected.
