Mulhim

Our commitment

Mulhim’s instructional guides help trainers and trainees move through registration, program delivery and course navigation with less guesswork. We support trainees across registration, program delivery, the guides themselves, and technical assistance during electronic assessments and training activities, with real-time help during virtual classroom sessions for trainers and trainees alike. The guides are written to be read once and kept as a reference, not memorized.

Registering for live (synchronous) courses

Participants register for live courses through the synchronous-courses section of the website. After payment, a broadcast link is sent by email on the day of the course, so you join the virtual classroom at the scheduled time. The confirmation email doubles as your record of enrolment, so keep it until the session is done.

Self-paced (asynchronous) courses

Self-paced courses are available on demand: enroll, study the accredited content at your own speed, and complete the assessment to earn your certificate. Each accredited course carries CME hours prepared for Mumaris Plus. There is no fixed start time, so you can fit a module around a shift rather than the other way round. Browse the course catalogue to begin.

What the guides cover

The material is organized around the moments where people usually have questions:

  • Creating an account and enrolling in a course
  • Joining a live session and having attendance recorded
  • Working through self-paced modules and assessments
  • Downloading a certificate and checking CME hours

Support during assessments and live sessions

During electronic assessments and virtual-classroom sessions, Mulhim provides real-time assistance to trainers and trainees alike, so a technical hiccup never costs you an accredited activity. The guides explain how to join a session, how attendance is recorded, and how completion is confirmed, keeping every step aligned with Saudi Commission for Health Specialties and National eLearning Center requirements.

Getting help while you follow a guide

A guide answers most questions on its own, but not every situation fits the page. When something is unclear or a step does not behave as described, the support team is reachable through the channels on our technical support page. Help during an assessment or a live session is handled in real time, so a stuck step does not cost you an accredited activity.

Tips for a smooth start

Most trainers and trainees never need to contact support, because the guides anticipate the common stumbles. A few small habits make them easier to follow from day one:

  • Use a supported browser and a stable connection for live sessions.
  • Enroll and sign in ahead of a live course so the broadcast link is ready.
  • Keep the confirmation email until you have your certificate.
  • Note your CME hours after each course so your Mumaris Plus record stays current.

None of this is required to pass a course, but it removes the small friction that otherwise interrupts a session, and it means a technical question, if one comes up, is easy for support to answer quickly.
