Supervisory Staff for the Training
Mulhim’s continuing medical education is led by a General Manager overseeing planning, supervision and monitoring, with four specialized units delivering quality accredited training.

How the team is organized
Mulhim’s supervisory staff for the training is led by a General Manager who oversees planning, supervision and monitoring across the platform. Four key units report to the General Manager to keep operations smooth and outcomes high: E-Training, Technical Support, Marketing and Promotion, and Customer Service. Each unit has defined responsibilities, and the boundaries between them are deliberate so nothing important falls between two desks.
What the General Manager oversees
The General Manager sets the training plan, supervises how programs run, and monitors results against the standards each activity is accredited under. That single point of oversight keeps the four units pulling in the same direction, and gives partners and regulators one clear line of accountability for the quality of the accredited CME we deliver.
E-Training department
The E-Training unit identifies training needs for individuals and institutions, designs courses on sound scientific methodologies, organizes programs to clear high-quality guidelines, delivers them professionally, evaluates them to improve quality, and develops training content continuously, all under SCFHS-accredited standards. It is the unit closest to the learning itself, so its judgment shapes what a course actually teaches.
Support, marketing and customer service
Technical Support keeps trainers and trainees connected and resolves issues quickly. Marketing and Promotion communicates programs to the healthcare community. Customer Service handles enrollment and enquiries. Together they support accredited CME that reaches practitioners across the Kingdom. Reach us through our contact page.
Roles at a glance
In short, the units divide the work like this:
- E-Training: designs, delivers and evaluates accredited courses.
- Technical Support: keeps trainers and trainees connected and resolves issues.
- Marketing and Promotion: communicates programs to the healthcare community.
- Customer Service: handles enrolment and enquiries.
Quality assurance and continuous development
The units do not work in isolation. Training needs identified by the E-Training team feed into course design and evaluation, Technical Support surfaces recurring issues for the platform to resolve, and Customer Service channels learner feedback back into the programs. This loop keeps Mulhim’s accredited CME improving cycle after cycle rather than standing still, and keeps every activity aligned with SCFHS standards.
How a course reaches you
It helps to see how the units combine on a single course. The E-Training team confirms the need and designs the activity to accredited standards. The content is prepared, reviewed and scheduled. Marketing and Promotion announces it to the relevant part of the healthcare community. Customer Service opens enrolment and answers questions. Technical Support stands by for the live session or the assessment. When the course closes, the evaluation results go back to E-Training, and the cycle starts again for the next version. No single person carries all of that, which is the point of dividing the work.
Accountability and standards
Because every activity is accredited by the Saudi Commission for Health Specialties, the supervisory staff work to a documented standard rather than personal preference. Responsibilities are written down, results are monitored against those standards, and the General Manager answers for the whole. For a trainee, that structure is invisible on a good day and reassuring on a bad one: if something goes wrong, there is a clear owner and a clear path to put it right.
