Mulhim

Our Vision and Mission for Accredited Continuing Medical Education

Mulhim leads continuing medical education for healthcare practitioners in Saudi Arabia through accredited standards, modern learning design, and alignment with Saudi Vision 2030.

Mulhim

Our vision

Our vision is to lead the field of training and continuous professional development for healthcare practitioners in Saudi Arabia by delivering activities that meet accredited professional standards, with high-quality services and measurable outcomes. Every Mulhim activity is accredited by the Saudi Commission for Health Specialties (SCFHS), so the continuing medical education our community completes is recognized for CME hours and license renewal in Mumaris Plus. Leadership here means more than reach. It means each course is built to a standard a practitioner can trust and a regulator can review.

Our mission

Our mission is to raise quality standards across the healthcare workplace by equipping practitioners with the professional skills their roles ask for, in alignment with the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia’s Vision 2030. We design accredited, self-paced online CME that fits real clinical schedules and reaches healthcare workers of every specialty across the Kingdom. A nurse on a night rotation, a pharmacist between shifts, and a physician in a remote clinic should all be able to earn the same recognized hours without leaving their posts.

Strategic pillars

Four pillars guide how we plan and deliver each activity:

  • Enhancing the healthcare sector: driving sector readiness with accredited, high-impact learning.
  • Quality and standards: building every activity on SCFHS-accredited professional standards.
  • Access and flexibility: delivering CME online and self-paced so practitioners learn without leaving their posts.
  • Vision 2030 alignment: supporting a capable, continuously developing national health workforce.

Accreditation and recognition

Mulhim’s activities are accredited by the Saudi Commission for Health Specialties under provider number AC10000415 and delivered in line with National eLearning Center standards. For practitioners, that means the CME hours earned here are recognized toward professional classification and license renewal in Mumaris Plus. For institutions, it means accredited training that withstands review and supports the sector’s readiness goals under Vision 2030.

What the vision means in practice

A vision only matters if it changes what a learner experiences. In practice, that shows up in concrete ways: content reviewed against SCFHS requirements before it goes live, assessments that check real understanding rather than recall, and CME hours prepared for Mumaris Plus so submission is not a second job. When a practitioner finishes a course, the certificate and the recognized hours are ready, not pending.

Working toward Vision 2030

Vision 2030 sets a clear goal for a capable, continuously developing national health workforce. Mulhim contributes to that goal in the part we can control: accredited online learning that is available across the Kingdom, priced and scheduled so it does not compete with clinical duty, and measured so we know whether it worked. We treat the vision as a direction for daily decisions, not a slogan on a wall.

Who we serve

Mulhim’s CME is built for the whole health workforce, not one specialty. Physicians, nurses, pharmacists, technicians and allied health staff all renew and develop their practice here, and institutions use the same accredited activities to train teams at scale. Individuals enroll directly and study on their own schedule, while employers can arrange group access for departments that need the same training together. Whatever the entry point, the standard behind the certificate is the same, and the CME hours are recorded and prepared for Mumaris Plus in the same way. This breadth is deliberate. A health system improves when every role around the patient keeps learning, not only the clinicians at the top of the chart.
