Mulhim platform is committed to achieving training and developmental objectives by providing comprehensive support to trainees during registration and implementation of programs and training courses, including instructional guides and support during electronic assessments and training activities. Real-time support is provided during virtual classroom sessions for both trainers and trainees, according to their respective roles and functions in managing virtual classrooms.
Subscribers to synchronous (live) courses can register by visiting the live courses section on the website and completing the payment steps. Upon confirmation of registration, the live broadcast link will be sent via email on the day of the course.
For asynchronous courses (pre-recorded video), participants can register through the recorded courses section. Upon confirmation, course details will be sent via email. Participants can access educational videos and materials anytime during the course duration, enabling them to complete the course at their convenience. An authentic evaluative assessment is required to obtain a course completion certificate.
Mulhim platform follows an attendance policy based on the regulations of the Saudi Commission for Health Specialties and the National eLearning Center, requiring participants to attend at least 70% of total course hours (both synchronous and asynchronous) to receive a course completion certificate. Attendance is recorded at the beginning and end of the session, with active monitoring to ensure the required attendance rate is achieved.
Attendance Policy on the Platform is as Follows:
Firstly: For synchronous courses, training and delivery occur via live streaming at specific times, conducted directly by the trainer. Mulhim provides a live broadcasting method for courses and lectures similar to Zoom, restricted only to registered course participants. Their full names, which will appear on certificates, are displayed to confirm attendance. Attendance is monitored by the platform's team and recorded both at the beginning and end of each session for added security and verification.
Secondly: For asynchronous courses, training and course delivery occur through educational videos and materials, accessible anytime during a sufficient period for course completion. To maintain credibility, the platform requires participants to access courses exclusively through their own user accounts, using their real names for certification purposes. Additionally, mandatory evaluative assessments are provided, randomly selecting 10 questions out of 20-30 in the database per course. Questions vary among participants to prevent cheating and fraud. Participants must technically watch the entire video without fast-forwarding.
